
It is important that participants register early as courses are subject to
cancellation if the minimum enrolment requirements are not met by June 1, 2008.

All deposits must be received by June 1 to qualify for the before June 1 tuition.

Tuition increases after June 1.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 for each day of the course(s) that you will be attending
is required to reserve your space. (example the deposit for a two day course is $100, for
a 4 day course $200 etc.)
The balance is due by July 21, 2008, and a post-dated cheque included with your
registration is appreciated.
Please note: A $100. Surcharge will be levied on all Registrations received after July
21.
Registration will be confirmed promptly upon receipt of tuition fees by the registrar.
Please note: If you register by e-mail, fax or phone, you will not be considered
registered until a deposit has been received, and the decision to run or cancel a course
will be determined by the number of registration deposits on hand on June 1.
After that date, we will continue to accept registrations only for the courses that meet
our minimum enrollment requirements.

Payment form:
Canadian and U. S. registrants may pay by cheque or money order.
International registrants are asked to use bank drafts, money orders, or wired funds. (no
cheques please)
All deposit cheques must be dated and received prior to June 1st. Cheques for fee balances
may be post-dated to July 21, 2008.

Cancellation policy
If, for any reason you cancel your registration the following refund policy will apply:

All refunds/credits issued will be less the $50-per-day Administration fee.

Prior to June 1st: a full refund less $50 per day will be issued.

Prior to June 15th: 50% of course fee will be refunded Less $50 per day.

After June 15th: Credit toward a future class offered at The Summer Institute in
Ottawa will be issued.

Emergency withdrawal from a course in progress: Credit given for days remaining
less $50 a day.
